The AI-native Startup Founder

Who it is for

When this fits

  • Your first demo is coming up

You got into a program, and your first demo is a few weeks away.

  • An idea, but nobody who codes

You have an idea and nobody who codes. You still want to show something real.

  • A prototype nobody uses

You built a prototype with AI, and nobody uses it.

Included

What you get

What you work toward in the four weeks.

  • A tested prototype

Clickable and tested with five people from your target group. Plus a traffic-light status for your critical assumption.

  • An offer and a plan

A landing page or offer, first sales attempts and a plan for the next 30 days.

  • Prompts and templates

Prompts for research, interviews, prototyping and testing, an interview guide and test cards. You keep everything.

Schedule

Four weeks at a glance

Every week has one live session and one task with real customers. Each card shows what you have by the end of that week.

  • Week 1

    Problem and assumption

Your idea in one sentence, the assumption that could sink it, and five interviews scheduled.

  • Week 2

    Customer conversations

Five interviews, analyzed with AI, and a traffic-light status for your assumption.

  • Week 3

    Prototype

A clickable prototype, built with AI and tested with five people.

  • Week 4

    Offer and first sales

A landing page or offer, first sales attempts and a 30-day plan.

Time

Your time per week

The live session is the smaller part. You spend the bigger part with real customers.

  • Live session

2 hours, once a week online, in a small group of up to eight founders.

  • Task with real customers

Interviews, tests and first sales attempts. Plan for 3 to 5 hours.

Who it is not for

Who this is not for

  • Not a fit: You want someone to build it

Here, you build your product yourself, with AI.

  • Not a fit: You already have paying customers

And now you want to grow sales.

  • Not a fit: You want a course on AI tools

And you don't want to talk to customers. Customer conversations are part of every week.

Questions

Questions and answers

I'm not technical.

You don't need to be. You describe what you want in plain language, and the AI builds it. In week 3, you use the same prompts as in my workshops.

I can learn AI tools on YouTube.

Here you learn the order: assumption first, then customer evidence, then the prototype. Every week, I check your conclusions.

I don't have time for four weeks.

You need 2 hours live and 3 to 5 hours with customers per week. You need those customer conversations anyway.

Can my program book my spot?

Yes. Incubators and accelerators can book spots for their teams.
